VEHICLE HEAT INSULATION,NOISE REDUCTION AND UV FILTERING
PVB film is the main material in making windshield of vehicle.PVB film has significant sound wave blocking effect,for noise reduction.The unique interlining in laminated glass can also filter out 99% ultraviolet radiationand 50% infrared ray in sunlight,and has better impact resistant and thief resistant functions than common glass.
HURRICANE AND EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT
Since PVB film features high flexibility,the damage deflection and bending strength under wind pressure in both higher than other types of glass,capable of resisting stronger wind impact.When and after laminated glass cracks,the fragments will stay at their original places,wich make it a popular building material for hurricane and earthquake areas.
HEAT PRESERVING FEATURES
PVB film features comparatively good insulation,which reduces heat exchange between indoor space and outside environment,and achieves very good energy-saving effect.
SECURITY
The installed interlining cannot be effectively cut with a glass cutter,and laminated breakdown by normal persons with other tools takes a long time and produces big noise.therefore entry by cutting or breaking laminated galss is very diffcultand easy to be found.That's why laminated glass has very strong function resisting malicious destruction,thief and violence.
